Хуралд Монгол Улсыг төлөөлж Боловсролын ерөнхий газрын дарга Т.Ням-Очир, Боловсролын ерөнхий газрын Сургалтын хөтөлбөрийн хэрэгжилт, үнэлгээний хөгжлийн газрын дарга Б.Лхагвабаяр, Монгол Улсын техникийн төлөөлөгч Э.Энхболд нар оролцлоо.
Хуралдааны эхэнд Дэлхийн ур чадварын байгууллагад гишүүнээр элсэх хүсэлт гаргасан Африк тивийн Конго, Этиоп, Нигери улсуудын танилцуулгыг сонсож, гишүүн орнуудын олонхын саналаар гишүүн байгууллагаар хүлээн зөвшөөрлөө.
Ерөнхий ассемблэйн хуралдаанд Дэлхийн ур чадварын байгууллагын ерөнхийлөгч Крис Хамфрис илтгэл тавьж, Удирдах зөвлөл болон гүйцэтгэх захирал Дэвид Хой нар гишүүн 89 орны төлөөлөгчдөд тайлангаа хэлэлцүүллээ.
Мөн Уралдааны хороо, Стратегийн хөгжлийн хороо, Санхүүгийн хорооны мэдээллийг сонслоо.
Ерөнхий ассемблэйн хуралд тухайн мэргэжлийн хөгжил, ач холбогдлоос шалтгаалан 2026 оноос хэрэгжүүлэх дараах саналуудыг танилцууллаа. Үүнд:
CNC токарь мэргэжлийн 2 төрлийг нэгтгэх
Мужаан мэргэжлийн 3 төрлийг нэгтгэх
Сэргээгдэх эрчим хүчний чиглэлийн мэргэжлийн төрлийг нэмэх…
Гишүүдээс санал гарсан тул 2025 оны 2 дугаар сард ассамблей ээлжит бусаар хуралдаж, саналаа эцэслэнэ. Энэ нь тухайн мэргэжлийн төрлийг нэгтгэж, уралдааны төрөлд өөрчлөлт оруулах асуудлыг 2026 оноос эсхүл 2028 оноос хэрэгжүүлэх үү гэдэг дээр саналаа нэгтгэх юм.
Мөн Удирдах зөвлөлийн даргыг шинээр сонголоо. Дэлхийн ур чадварын байгууллагын Удирдах зөвлөлийн даргаар Бельги Улсын иргэн Францис Хоурантыг олонхын саналаар сонголоо. Мөн Стратегийн хөгжлийн хороо, Уралдааны хороонд гишүүдийг сонголоо.
2028 оны Дэлхийн ур чадварын уралдааныг Япон Улсын Айчи муж зохион байгуулахаар сонгогдлоо.
